What is the difference between RAG and Fine-tuned?

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) searches a library of pre-loaded documents and pulls relevant passages before answering. It's great for tracing answers to source documents. Fine-tuned models have been re-trained on your sector's data — they reason natively in that domain without needing to look things up, which makes them faster and more accurate on complex questions.

Does my data go to the cloud?

No. Everything runs on your own Windows PC. Your files, chats and documents never leave your machine. There is no server, no cloud storage, no third-party AI seeing your data.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your trial key expires and the installer stops working. You'll receive a reminder email. Simply purchase a full licence and a new 1-year key is emailed to you immediately.

What happens after 1 year?

Your licence expires and the installer stops working. Renew at a lower price and it continues working instantly. Or simply stop, no questions asked.

What PC do I need?

Windows 10 or 11, 16GB RAM minimum, 10GB free disk space. A dedicated Nvidia GPU makes it faster but is not required — works fine on CPU only.

Is this GDPR compliant?
